Home Visit Promotion – Official Terms & Conditions
Valid 1st February – 31st May 2026
 
1. Eligibility
This promotion is open to new and existing clients aged 18 years or over.
Home visit appointments must take place within CF and NP postcode areas, and selected neighbouring SA postcode areas, subject to availability and reasonable travel distance.
 
2. Promotional Offer Includes
  • Free Home Visit Hearing Test (standard value £25)
  • Free Home Visit Call-Out (standard value £30)
  • Complimentary Earwax Removal Voucher (standard value £80)
Total promotional value: £135.
 
3. Qualification Criteria
To qualify for the promotional elements:
  • The client must book and complete a full home visit hearing assessment.
  • The client must also complete a demonstration of the latest hearing aid technology during the same appointment.
The free promotional elements are only valid upon completion of both the assessment and demonstration.
The hearing assessment and demonstration are provided on a no-obligation basis. Clients are not required to purchase hearing aids or any additional services.
 
4. Earwax Removal Voucher
  • Voucher value: £80 (no cash equivalent).
  • Voucher may be used by the recipient or gifted to another individual aged 18 or over.
  • Voucher is redeemable only at South Wales Hearing Health clinics in Bridgend, Newport or Risca.
  • Voucher must be redeemed by 31st May 2026.
  • One voucher per completed qualifying appointment.
5. Appointment Availability
All home visit appointments are subject to availability.
South Wales Hearing Health reserves the right to limit appointment numbers during periods of high demand.
 
6. Geographical Coverage
Free call-outs apply within our standard service areas.
Additional travel charges may apply outside these areas and will be confirmed prior to booking.
 
7. Promotion Period
The promotion applies to qualifying appointments booked and completed between 1st February 2026 and 31st May 2026.
The promotion ends at 23:59 on 31st May 2026.
Earwax vouchers must be redeemed by this date.
 
8. General Terms
  • Offer cannot be combined with any other promotion unless agreed in writing.
  • No cash or credit alternative is available.
  • One promotional package per household unless otherwise agreed.
  • South Wales Hearing Health reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • In cases of suspected misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity, the promotion may be withdrawn.
