South Wales Hearing Health is a family-owned and independent hearing clinic that focuses on providing the best solution for your hearing needs. Our team comprises of dedicated, highly qualified and professional hearing care specialists, who have been taking care of clients' hearing needs for over 15 years under the name Malmo Hearing. However, we now operate as South Wales Hearing Health.
We offer hearing health assessments, FREE demonstrations of the latest digital Hearing Aid technology, FREE lifetime aftercare and service, as well as microsuction ear wax removal.
At South Wales Hearing Health, we understand that hearing loss is a deeply personal and sensitive issue. That's why we treat every patient with the utmost compassion. We will accompany you through every step of your journey towards better hearing, from the initial consultation, through ongoing treatment, to ensuring the long-term health and protection of your hearing.
Our lead Audiologist Mal Johnston, a Registered Hearing Aid Dispenser, works closely with a team of hearing care specialists who are passionate about helping you hear better and live better. We have been recognised with several awards, including National Audiology Practice of the year 2019, Health Care Professionals of the year 2018, and Customer Service Excellence Award Winners 2016 and 2017.
In addition to our Bridgend clinic, we also operate a clinic in Newport and provide a home visit service for patients who are unable to visit any of our clinics. We strive to provide a customer-focused and community-based service, and now offer home visits for all SA postcodes. We regularly open new clinics, so keep an eye on our website and social media for updates.
